KIA Faraday Bag Key and Phone Shield

A Faraday bag blocks RF signals from being sent and received by an electronic device such as a mobile phone, tablet or vehicle key.

Any car key inserted into one of these bags will offer greater protection from remote relay theft and stop criminals trying to copy the key or use it to gain access to a vehicle.

Following extensive testing and due to the production quality of these bags they have been granted a “Secured By Design” (SBD) approval. SBD are a Police organisation working alongside the Police Service in the UK, looking at ways to reduce crime through design.

To achieve this approval this product has been independently tested by a third party certification body accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. This certification involves initial testing and regular retests throughout a products lifespan.
